Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account data. Your email address, used to sign you in (via magic link or Google) and to contact you about your account.
• Report data you upload. Amazon Ads and KDP report files and the figures within them (campaign names, spend, units, KENP page-reads, book metadata). This is yours; we process it only to compute your results.
• Usage data. Basic, privacy-respecting information about how the app is used, to keep it reliable and improve it.

How we use your information

We use your data to provide the service: to authenticate you, store your catalog and imports, compute your True ACOS and verdicts, and support you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the contents of your uploaded reports for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted processors:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Google — optional sign-in (OAuth).
• Gumroad — payment and subscription processing (if you subscribe).
• Hosting/CDN — to serve the application.

Each processes data only as needed to provide their part of the service.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your books, imports, and uploaded files at any time from within the app. On request we will delete your account and associated data.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to your data is restricted to your own account through database row-level security, so other users cannot see your reports or results.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at weaiteit@gmail.com.

Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and the service working. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Children

TrustACOS is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
