Terms of Service

The service

TrustACOS analyzes Amazon Ads and Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) data you provide to estimate the real profitability of your advertising, including Kindle Unlimited page-reads and series read-through. It is an analytics and decision-support tool.

Estimates, not financial advice

All figures — including True ACOS, break-even ACOS, profit, and the Scale/Hold/Fix/Pause verdicts — are estimates based on the data and assumptions you supply. Amazon does not attribute KU page-reads or downstream series sales to specific campaigns, so those contributions are modeled. The Service does not constitute financial, tax, or business advice. You are responsible for your advertising decisions.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

Your data

You retain all rights to the report data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to:

• access another user’s account or data;
• disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• upload unlawful content or violate others’ rights.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustACOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or advertising spend, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
